Job Overview:

The Senior Revenue Ops Manager is responsible for driving revenue visibility, forecasting and planning, and sales performance reporting across the retail business. This role partners closely with Retail Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and revenue growth.

The Senior Revenue Ops Manager leads forecasting processes, develops and maintains corporate sales reporting tools, and manages SPS data reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent business analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Forecasting & Planning
    • Lead SOP (Sales & Operations Planning) unit forecasting processes to support demand planning, revenue projections, and organizational growth targets.
    • Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting and budgeting, ensuring timely and accurate revenue projections
    • Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue planning models.
    • Analyze sales trends, pipeline performance, bookings, and operational metrics to improve forecast accuracy.
    • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to align forecasting assumptions and business objectives.
    • Support annual operating plans and quarterly business reviews
  • Corporate Sales Reporting
    • Own corporate sales reporting tools and deliver timely, accurate executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports for leadership teams.
    • Monitor sales productivity, attainment, pipeline conversion, and regional performance metrics.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. 
  • SPS Data Reporting & Analytics
    • Manage SPS data reporting, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems and reporting platforms.
    • Build and maintain automated reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualizations.
    • Analyze operational and sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting processes and data governance standards.
  • Commission Administration
    • Calculate and validate sales rep monthly commissions and incentive compensation plans.
    • Ensure accurate commission payouts in accordance with compensation policies and timelines.
    • Partner with Finance and HR to support compensation plan administration, audits, and reporting.
    • Resolve commission discrepancies and maintain detailed documentation of calculations and methodologies.
  • Weekly Sales Reporting
    • Produce and distribute weekly sales reports highlighting bookings, revenue, pipeline health, forecast changes, and performance trends.
    • Track key sales metrics and identify variances against targets and forecasts.
    • Support leadership meetings with data-driven insights and operational updates.
    • Continuously improve reporting cadence, automation, and reporting accuracy.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related analytical roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting/BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience with forecasting, revenue planning, sales analytics, and commission calculations.
  • Experience managing large datasets and building scalable reporting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive leadership.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and sales compensation systems.
  • Knowledge of SOP planning methodologies and sales performance management.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or multi-region sales organizations.
  • Familiarity with automation and advanced analytics tools.
