Associate Digital Marketing Manager

Position Summary
The Associate Digital Marketing Manager supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing programs that promote and support Tactile Medical’s business units. This role partners closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross functional stakeholders to execute digital campaigns, analyze performance, and apply learnings that support business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
This role is hands on and execution focused, with an emphasis on marketing automation, website optimization, analytics, and continuous improvement across digital channels. The Associate Digital Marketing Manager plays an important role in ensuring digital experiences are optimized, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.

Responsibilities
Digital Campaign & Platform Support

  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, web, search, and other digital channels
  • Assist in managing the HubSpot marketing automation platform, including email builds, audience targeting, testing, and deployment
  • Maintain and update digital campaign assets, landing pages, and site content in alignment with business strategies
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to support digital execution across web content, paid and organic search, and social media
  • Manage and triage all social channel inquiries 24/7
  • Build out social media content calendar
  • In collaboration with Marcom, manage paid ad program

Website & Customer Experience

  • Build and maintain landing pages and category pages to support campaign and business area objectives
  • Support site merchandising efforts by assisting with content planning and personalization initiatives
  • Help identify opportunities to improve site usability, conversion, and overall customer experience
  • Assist with managing key website functionality and ensuring content accuracy and alignment
  • Support e-commerce activities

Analytics, Optimization & Reporting

  • Support KPI tracking and ongoing reporting related to digital performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze website, email, and campaign data to uncover insights and optimization opportunities
  • Assist with A/B testing initiatives and apply best practices to improve engagement and conversion
  • Monitor SEO performance and support keyword and organic search optimization efforts

Continuous Improvement & Market Awareness

  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Track competitive digital activity and share observations and insights with the broader team
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, performance, and effectiveness of digital initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
Required:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications or related field
  • Strong experience directing and managing outside agency partners
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment while balancing multiple deadline-driven priorities

Preferred:

  • Fluency in HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, and/or marketing automation strategy

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent knowledge and experience working with online marketing tools and best practices (HubSpot and WordPress a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices, such as Google AdWords and Analytics
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions
  • Understanding of HTML, performing CMS edits, tags and links preferred
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to develop strong relationships cross-functionally and collaborate in order to accomplish project goals
  • Complete project tasks under pressure
  • Operate as a strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
  • Problem solve and share best practices with members of the project team

Below is the starting salary or hourly range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.

US Pay Range

$81,400 - $113,925 USD
