Digital Marketing Manager

At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.

Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and driving digital campaigns that promote and support the business units of Tactile Medical. This includes driving the marketing strategy through digital efforts, to meet the business objectives of the company based on identified key performance indicators (KPIs). This critical role will be focused on analyzing performance and applying learnings throughout our marketing tech stack to generate actionable leads for our sales organization. They will leverage and analyze website data, email or campaign content from the marketing automation system to develop and test new strategies, landing pages, curation of content that ultimately drives the right mix of digital marketing.

Responsibilities
• Liaison between marketing partners to provide strategic oversight of all digital activities
• Manage all marketing automation platforms to drive best-in-class communications to our target audiences
• Direct and drive external digital strategy including the management of outside partners including web content, Search Engine Marketing (paid and organic), social media and other systems related to the business
• Complete oversight of our KPIs and the ongoing analytics/reporting, while reporting out results to our key business constituents
• Identify and develop areas to maximize conversion based on a deep understanding of site metrics, B2B eCommerce best practices, customer segmentation, the competitive landscape and business goals
• Responsible for the organic search and keyword strategy for the website based on audience targets and business strategy
• Identify and develop opportunities for optimization and improvements in customer experience across the site
• Develop the merchandising strategy and plan the content to enable relevant and personalized experience for the user
• Manage key areas of site functionality and optimize the customer experience for business results
• Build and maintain landing pages and category pages for alignment with business area strategy
• Analyze performance, provide insights and drive ongoing optimization through A/B testing and application of best practices
• Stays on top of competition and emerging online trends
• Perform other relevant job duties as required

Education & Experience
Required:
• 5 to 7 years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategy and execution
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications or related field
• Strong experience directing and managing outside agency partners
• Experience working in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment while balancing multiple deadline-driven priorities
• Fluency in web technology (including front-end and back-end), CRM, and marketing automation strategies

Preferred:
• Experience working in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Experience incorporating artificial intelligence agents into marketing automated workflows

Knowledge & Skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience working with online marketing tools and best practices (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot and WordPress a plus)
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices, such as Google AdWords and Analytics
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions
• Understanding of HTML, performing CMS edits, tags and links preferred
• Passion for trend research and promotions
• Avid user of online and emerging digital platform mediums – demonstrate a drive for discovering new media trends and technology
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strategic execution
• Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge or proficiency of Adobe Creative suite a plus
• Ability to develop strong relationships cross-functionally and collaborate in order to accomplish project goals
• Complete project tasks under pressure through superior organization and time management
• Operate as a strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
• Problem solve and share best practices with members of the project team

Below is the starting salary or hourly range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.

US Pay Range

$100,500 - $150,675 USD
