About the Role

The Provider Engagement Account Manager will work to build and grow partnerships between TailorCare and the provider networks in the communities we serve.  This role will engage with providers and other key stakeholders to align on MSK opportunities and solutions, provide account management support, and be accountable for issue resolution.  This role plays a critical part in driving optimal market performance by influencing program adoption and engagement, quality of care and outcomes, and medical cost savings.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own provider network engagement strategy and performance across assigned markets, ensuring successful partnerships and improvement in MSK care.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with provider leadership through regular in-person and virtual meetings, delivering compelling presentations on program goals, value proposition, and outcomes to drive executive-level alignment and long-term partnership success.
  • Monitor provider group performance using data analytics and operational KPIs, translating insights into actionable strategies that improve care delivery, strengthen network performance, and advance value-based care objectives.
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for all provider-facing activities, owning the resolution of issues and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance program integration, operational workflows, and provider satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain a comprehensive CRM record of provider network contacts, engagement activities, meeting outcomes, and performance trends to inform internal reporting and strategic planning.
  • Develop and refine provider engagement playbooks and best practices to scale partnership success, drive referral utilization, and ensure clinical and operational alignment across diverse provider types and care settings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including growth, implementation, product, operations, and clinical—to ensure seamless execution of partnership goals, feedback loops, and market-level strategies.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care
  • Demonstrated results driving provider adoption and retention of healthcare solutions, preferably in value-based care settings
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant field preferred

Willingness to travel within your home state, up to 3 days per week

  • US work authorization

Skills

  • Ability to form strong relationships across the market healthcare landscape, including providers, health systems, ACOs, with demonstrated ability to influence decision-making
  • Strong knowledge of EHRs, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and drive measurable outcomes
  • A strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction, and cultivating long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and take action.
