About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Clinical Operations Platform product. In this role, you will be a key partner to our Care Team, creating and improving the tools they use to deliver exceptional care to TailorCare patients. This is a unique opportunity to build a product that directly impacts patient outcomes and scales with our business as we expand into new markets and serve new customers.
You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for the Ops Platform, ensuring it not only meets the current needs of our clinical teams but is also built for future growth. A critical part of this will be incorporating AI-enabled workflows to drive efficiency and optimize our care delivery processes. You'll work closely with clinicians, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ship products that make our operations more effective and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the product strategy that aligns with business opportunities and growth
- Ideate and own product roadmap creation, refinement, and prioritization
- Identify customer problems, ideate innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with design and engineering for delivery
- Be the glue across all departments at TailorCare by earning stakeholder trust and delivering on commitments
- Build nimble prototypes alongside stakeholders
- Accountable for the success of their product portfolio, define and track key results and communicate progress with stakeholders.
- Help the team to think big and make good decisions quickly
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years product management experience
- 5+ years healthcare technology and clinical process experience
- Experience working with clinical care workflows
- Technical expertise in conducting data analysis and able to use AI tools
- Strong knowledge of product management best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
