We are a highly collaborative, curious, and determined team passionate about scaling a high-growth start-up to improve the lives of those in pain. About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help lead our Clinical Operations Platform product. In this role, you will partner closely with our Care Team, building and improving the tools they use to deliver exceptional care to TailorCare patients. This is an opportunity to independently drive strategy for meaningful product surfaces that directly impact patient outcomes, working across multiple products and areas of ambiguity as we expand into new markets and serve new customers.

You will own the product vision and strategy for the Ops Platform, translating ambiguous, open-ended problems from our clinical teams into a clear multi-quarter roadmap and a compelling product narrative. You're expected to operate at a high level of efficiency by leveraging AI tools throughout your workflow — from synthesizing research and drafting specs to prototyping, analyzing data, and preparing executive-level stakeholder communications — so you can move quickly without sacrificing rigor. You'll work closely with clinicians, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders — and mentor other product managers — to ship products that make our operations more effective and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently define product strategy for ambiguous, open-ended problems across multiple Clinical Operations product areas
  • Own multi-quarter roadmap planning, partnering with engineering leads on capacity planning and surfacing tradeoffs to the right stakeholders at the right time
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, spec writing, data analysis, and executive-level stakeholder communication, operating at a high level of efficiency
  • Proactively identify and unblock root-cause barriers for yourself and your team, taking ownership of failures and driving learnings into future plans
  • Drive product discovery — defining and validating new strategic initiatives and market opportunities that shape the long-term product vision
  • Define and evolve the metrics that assess the health and impact of your product area, connecting outcomes to broader business objectives
  • Create and adapt your product's narrative for varying audiences, including compelling executive-level presentations
  • Mentor other product managers, helping them grow their product and business impact
  • Proactively identify product risk and define mitigations before issues affect delivery or impact

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in healthcare technology or clinical process environments preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to independently define strategy and navigate ambiguity across multiple products or a highly ambiguous product space
  • Daily fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini and others) for research synthesis, writing, data analysis, and prototyping — able to operate at the highest level of efficiency
  • Strong track record of executive-level communication and stakeholder influence, with experience mentoring or coaching other product managers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
