Partnership Marketing Manager

This position reports to the Head of Category Marketing
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnership Support & Execution:
- Support the development and implementation of partnership strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Assist in researching and identifying potential partnership opportunities through market analysis and competitor research.
- Support partnership evaluations by conducting audience alignment analysis and impact assessments.
Campaign Management & Coordination:
- Execute partnership campaigns from briefing through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Develop and maintain campaign timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed of progress.
- Support the creation of campaign briefs and creative direction for partnership initiatives.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned partners, maintaining regular communication and relationship building.
- Schedule and coordinate partnership meetings, calls, and check-ins.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and track partnership campaign performance against defined KPIs and metrics.
- Compile regular performance reports and provide analysis on campaign effectiveness.
- Support budget tracking and reconciliation for partnership activities.
- Assist with monthly and weekly operational reporting.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Maintain partnership databases and documentation
- Support contract administration and partnership agreement management
- Coordinate partnership events, activations, and promotional activities
- Assist with budget management and purchase order processing
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with 1 - 2 years experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or collaborative marketing.
- Experience with campaign management and cross-functional project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools.
- E-commerce or retail experience is advantageous.
- Previous agency or client-side marketing experience preferred.
