The Challenge:

Take-Two Interactive is looking for an inspirational, dynamic, and charismatic ServiceNow Development Manager to lead a team of professionals focused on delivering exceptional ServiceNow solutions. This role dynamic leader will forge peer and business relationships and strive for continuous improvement in processes and team performance.

They will oversee development activities, ensure platform health, manage technical debt responsibly, and embody Take-Two's core tenants in their approach to work.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle on the ServiceNow platform—including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Drive creative solutions to complex problems while maintaining a focus on platform health, performance, and scalability.
  • Act as an effective moderator when prioritizing tasks and managing expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Evaluate emerging ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Promote a culture of agility, continuous learning, and proactive problem-solving within the team. Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, including mentoring, performance reviews, and workload prioritization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and process owners to translate requirements into technical solutions that align with platform best practices.
  • Ensure platform governance, scalability, and performance through effective architecture and coding standards.
  • Own and manage the ServiceNow roadmap, identifying new capabilities and driving continuous improvement.
  • Establish and enforce development best practices, code reviews, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate with ServiceNow support and vendors to resolve platform-related issues or upgrades.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, project milestones, and platform health.

What You Bring:

  • Advanced technical understanding of ServiceNow product suites, including ITSM, ITAM, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, Sourcing and Procurement, and AppEngine.
  • Success with end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow development projects, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Thorough grasp of scripting (JavaScript, REST APIs, etc.) and ServiceNow integrate-ability in a broader technology landscape.
  • 7+ years in ServiceNow development, administration, and platform architecture.
  • 5+ years of leading technical team(s).
  • Excellent organization, presentation and conflict resolution skills, with a strong intuition for business.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
  • ITIL and ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA, or CTA) preferred.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $133,900 and $198,160 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
