The Challenge

Reporting directly to the Director of ERP, you will serve as the functional architect and strategic lead for our corporate JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 ecosystem. You will drive optimization, streamline 3rd-party integrations, and own the functional roadmap across Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Operations.

Crucial Requirements – Read Before Applying

This is a dedicated ERP Specialist role requiring native configuration and architecture experience inside the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) ecosystem.

  • Hard Requirement: Minimum 7–10+ years of direct, hands-on experience working with JDE EnterpriseOne (9.2 preferred).
  • What this role is NOT: This is not a general Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence (BI) role. Candidates without heavy, native JDE configuration, JDE EDI (F47 tables), and JDE Distribution module experience will not be considered.

 

What You’ll Take On

  • Core Module Ownership: Lead design and configuration for JDE E1 Distribution (Inventory, Sales Order Management & Fulfillment). Manufacturing and Procurement are highly valued.
  • EDI & 3PL Integration: Own the design, processing, and seamless integration of JDE EDI with 3PL partners.
  • Modernization & Automation: Translate complex business requirements into functional specs.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Partner closely with technical teams, internal EDI department and third-party vendors to oversee solution development, rigorous regression testing, and data integrity root-cause analysis.
  • Tier 3 Escalation: Act as the ultimate functional authority for complex production issues and critical business process re-engineering.

 

What You Bring 

  • Deep JDE Expertise: 7–10+ years of hands-on experience as a JDE EnterpriseOne Consultant or Senior Business Analyst. JDE Certification is a major plus.
  • Integration Fluent: Proven track record of implementing, optimizing, and scaling complex JDE environments and external interfaces.
  • Consultative Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to challenge conventional thinking, brief leadership, and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

 

Great to Have

  • Advanced EDI Proficiency: Direct experience with EDI and specific transaction sets: 850, 856, 940, 943, 944, 947, 846, 180, 810 and 888.
  • JDE Orchestrator: Ability to leverage Orchestrator, E1 Web Pages, UDOs to enhance workflows and reporting capabilities.
  • JDE Development: Understanding of standard JDE development and the ability to read/translate existing code, NER and BSFN.
  • JDE Functional: Understanding of JDE modules such as finance (DMAAI), manufacturing with respect to Inventory / Distribution as well as security setup.  
  • ITSM: Experience utilizing ServiceNow for enterprise incident management.

The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $96,400 and $142,660 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
