The Challenge

The Product Manager, Marketing Innovation & Technology role is based in Dublin and plays a critical part in leading the evolution of our Marketing Technology stack. The role emphasizes delivering significant value to our labels, under the umbrella of our parent company.

We work alongside the Label’s (2K, Zynga, and Rockstar Games) Marketing, Live-Services and CX teams, leading and supporting the underlying technology stack used to enhance Marketing capabilities and measurement, in order to improve the player experience.

The primary purpose of the role is to enable and further empower these teams to do what they do best – produce outstanding content and meaningfully engage players. 

As a critical partner on an integrated team that includes Marketing Intelligence and Player Data & Tech, your responsibilities will include managing the entire technology lifecycle - from interpreting business needs (known or discovered) through delivery, evangelization, and support. This role requires an acute understanding of Marketing & Technology platforms, experience leading complex cross-functional programs - serving as a bridge between business partners, vendors, and other collaborators.

 

What You’ll Take On

PRODUCT STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT

  • Analyze business needs and identity product opportunities across the business for products solutions within the marketing technology domain - prioritizing value creation, usability, viability, and feasibility  
  • Formulate product requirements and author associated documentation (PRDs) that designate priority features and establish the product roadmap 
  • Partner with engineering and other supporting teams to determine technical feasibility, prioritize features, and ensure implementation of requirements 
  • Drive product evangelism and adoption of solutions tracking back to appropriate product or business metrics (both quantitative & qualitative for new or existing products)
  • Define and execute a multi-year strategy to unify the player experience across marketing, support, and commerce sites using our enterprise CMS as the core headless orchestrator.
  • Lead the strategy to funnel web behavioral data and consent signals into our CDP, ensuring a single source of truth for player identity.
  • Develop the product requirements for moving from static segmentation to real-time, data-driven hyper-personalization powered by CDP attributes and AI-driven content assembly.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Establish strategic relationships with Marketing, technology, and data leaders across the labels
  • Develop relationships with the right Vendors and other supporting teams within Take-Two - bringing them together to solve problems quickly 
  • Define the features and benefits of technology solutions and ensure they are appropriately communicated to all partners
  • Act as the primary bridge between Marketing, Customer Support, and E-commerce leads to ensure a consistent brand voice and functional parity across all web touchpoints.
  • Manage strategic partnerships ensuring our roadmap stays ahead of vendor partner product releases and negotiating service levels that support our high-growth needs.

INNOVATION AND VALUE GENERATION

  • Develop roadmaps and multi-year plans, and lead from idea to implementation
  • Focus on operational management and innovation, with a strong emphasis on generating value
  • Stay current with emerging technology and strategies used to support the customer experience and present findings regularly
  • Envision the future and elevate our capabilities to inspire and create a competitive advantage
  • Lead the implementation and maturation of AI agents within the stack to automate metadata tagging, SEO, and proactive compliance monitoring.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  • Take lead on improving team processes including procurement, budgeting, enablement & support, and compliance
  • Establish and maintain efficient processes for product development and delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and product quality
  • Ensure consent management platform is deeply integrated into the development lifecycle, automating global privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) without degrading site performance or player experience.
  • Establish and enforce global tagging standards and data taxonomies in web engagement platforms to ensure the unified player records are built on clean, high-fidelity data.
  • Drive the internal adoption of new tools and AI features, providing training and documentation to ensure marketing and content teams are utilizing the stack to its full potential.

 

What You Bring

As a Product Manager you demonstrate mastery of execution, solving ambiguous problems that support the strategy. You own outcomes in support of product strategy with accountability for both execution and direction of those projects. You define and launch product solutions for more complex user needs (player, marketer, partner).

  • 3-5 years of practical experience developing and driving solutions powered by technology.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising, customer journey orchestration, and data architecture
  • Proven experience developing & implementing technology-powered solutions across AdTech, CRM, and Lifecycle management platforms.
  • Strong background in digital innovation, preferably experience in the interactive entertainment industry.
  • Ability to establish and navigate high-level relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and skills and ability to position & advocate up to executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability in designing and building metrics (e.g. acquisition, engagement, retention, etc.) to showcase value production & impact.
  • Practical experience of budgeting, contract management, and compliance in a tech environment.
  • Demonstrates strong creativity and scrappiness and can handle constraints with grace.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts & solutions across a range of detail depending on audience, and via appropriate media (i.e., presentation vs. doc).
