Global MBA Program
The Hunter Douglas MBA Development Program offers a recent MBA graduate the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn our business through a real business challenge. This is done by taking ownership of a strategic project that has been selected by our Executive Leadership Team.
What You Can Expect from Us:
- Company onboarding to gain an overview of our company, culture, and values.
- Opportunities to connect with other MBA hires throughout the program.
- Lead a six month strategic project that is aligned to our big goals for the year.
- After your six months is completed, you will be be placed into an area of the business that is a need/growth area and aligns with your skills and interests.
Below are examples that previous MBA Hire’s have worked on:
- Partner with a large retailer to launch a new premium innovative shopping experience. Research best practices and new marketing technology to build a global e-commerce center of excellence for the conversion stage of the customer journey.
- Test and measure the business impact of new sales channels.
- Enable the global implementation of project management tools to increase efficiency of new product launches.
- Leading commercial excellence by optimizing go-to-market strategies and expanding into new markets with a focus on e-commerce.
- Research best practices and new marketing technology to build a global e-commerce center of excellence for the conversion stage of the customer journey
- Lead a business case for a potential payment process integration across the dealer network, and if viable, oversee the implementation.
- Product Manager for a new digital platform aimed at boosting dealer efficiency and sales
- Create a top line growth and dealer strategy for a region, in the context of eventually writing a playbook and scaling the approach nationwide
Qualifications:
- A full-time student completing an MBA program that aligns with the recruiting calendar for their geographic zone
- 4+ years of professional work experience which occurred between graduation from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA program, or 4+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA program.
- Must be willing to work on-site at specified location
- Have the ambition and readiness to work hard to become a leader in our global company.
