We’re looking for an analytical and self-driven Sales Operations Intern to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you’ll support the division’s day-to-day operational activities, ensuring our data, dashboards, and insights empower the sales organisation to perform at its best. This internship is starting in January 2026 for 6 months.

What You’ll Do
- Clean, structure, standardize, and validate data across CRM, ERP, and reporting platforms.
- Improve and maintain KPI dashboards for Sales and Management teams, including providing basic training to users.
- Support the development of forecasting tools that feed into the S&OP process.
- Quantify promotion and campaign opportunities and evaluate their performance.
- Collaborate with Data, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales teams to streamline reporting workflows.
- Provide insight-driven recommendations to highlight growth opportunities and drive commercial performance.
- Own and deliver specific data-driven projects from start to finish.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office; SQL, Python, or R are a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and take full ownership of workstreams.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
