🔧 Internship Focus Areas 

As part of the IT Internship Programme, you may contribute to work in one or more of the following domains: 

• Cybersecurity 
  Supporting cybersecurity engineering, tooling, documentation, monitoring, and risk-related initiatives within a global IT landscape. 

• AI Engineering & AI Product Delivery 
  Working on AI-driven applications, supporting software development, feature implementation, and end‑to‑end product delivery in close collaboration with engineers and business stakeholders. 

• AI & Technology Project Management 
  Supporting planning, coordination, and execution of AI or IT projects by translating business needs into concrete actions, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment between teams. 

• Future‑Proof Architecture & Engineering (e.g. Pricing & Core Systems) 
  Contributing to the analysis, design, and development of scalable, modern architectures (e.g., cloud, .NET, Azure), including research, Proof of Concepts, and strategic technology decisions. 

• IT Application Discovery & Enterprise Architecture 
  Analysing and documenting application landscapes, integrations, dependencies, and ownership to support strategic initiatives such as ERP transformations, cloud migration, and application rationalisation. 

• IT Project, Vendor & Contract Management 
  Supporting IT implementation projects as well as vendor and contract management activities, including reporting, governance, coordination with suppliers, and process improvement. 

• Technology Governance & Operations 
  Supporting IT documentation, reporting, compliance, tooling alignment, and governance processes across a complex international organization 

 

Your exact internship scope will be aligned with your profile, study requirements, and current IT initiatives.

 

🛠 What You’ll Do 

Across our IT internships, you will: 

• Work on active IT, AI, security, architecture, or transformation initiatives 

• Support analysis, design, implementation, coordination, or governance activities 

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, architects, business stakeholders, and external partners 

• Gain experience with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, tooling, and structured ways of working (Agile, reporting, documentation) 

• Contribute to clear documentation, insights, and improvements, not just execution 

 

👩‍💻 Who You Are 

You are curious, proactive, and motivated to develop yourself within IT and technology: 

• Enrolled in a Dutch (NL‑based) University or HBO programme (Bachelor, Master, or Graduation stage) 
  (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business IT, Data, Information Management, or related fields) 

• Interested in how technology supports real business processes and global operations 

• Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders 

• Eager to learn, take ownership, and work in an international environment 

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); other languages are a plus
