Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to market through, to, and with Cloud Distributor partners (Master Agents & Subagents)
  • Work cross-functionally with Regional Channel Managers to align on corporate goals and execute events and campaigns to and with partners
  • Manage the day-to-day marketing activities of passionate Regional Channel Managers located throughout North America and Canada 
  • Design and execute marketing motions and campaigns that drive pipeline for Talkdesk and our partners - includes direct campaign delivery as well as creating campaigns-in-a-box for partners to leverage
  • Identify new and creative ways to engage partners and enable them to sell Talkdesk 
  • Manage marketing assets within the Talkdesk partner portal 
  • Manage the partner flash wins program, execute monthly case study write ups and bi-monthly webinars
  • Operate as a key contact for strategic partners coordinating on joint marketing activities 
  • Protect the Talkdesk brand by aligning across the company to ensure a consistent look and voice while sharing and enforcing proper use with partners
  • Manage and track regional marketing budget
  • Represent Talkdesk at conferences, trade shows, and events as needed
  • Understand Talkdesk’s products, competitors, and the CCaaS/SaaS landscape 
  • Define metrics that matter, measure for success, and celebrate key milestones



Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Experience working with or knowledge of channel partners strongly preferred
  • Mix of exposure to (or direct experience in) key marketing functions including project management, campaigns, event execution, content planning, and email marketing
  • Track record of planning, executing, and measuring multiple projects simultaneously at a rapid pace
  • Strong budget management skills 
  • Highly skilled at critical decision-making; ability to evaluate business issues and resolve problems
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Create connections with cross-functional colleagues and partners remotely
  • Industry knowledge of contact centers, customer experience, and SaaS helpful but not required
  • High energy, charismatic, innovative, creative individual
  • Marketing and sales systems experience, Impartner, Salesforce and Tableau are key
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to align with global contacts as needed

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
