Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies through, to, and with GTM partners to drive pipeline and growth. Partner types include: Resellers/Telcos, Strategic Alliances, GSIs and Technology Solution Partners. 
  • Partner closely with Regional Channel Managers and other partner stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with corporate goals, executing both direct and partner-led campaigns and events.
  • Manage the day-to-day marketing support of Regional Channel Managers across EMEA, ensuring alignment and agility.
  • Create and manage turnkey campaigns (“campaigns-in-a-box”) for partner use, as well as lead end-to-end delivery of partner-focused marketing motions.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to engage, enable, and empower partners to sell and market Talkdesk more effectively.
  • Oversee the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing assets within the Talkdesk Partner Portal.
  • Own and execute the Partner Flash Wins program, including monthly case studies and bi-monthly webinars that showcase partner success.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for strategic partners to plan and coordinate joint marketing initiatives.
  • Protect and promote the Talkdesk brand by ensuring consistency across all partner-facing materials and enforcing brand usage standards.
  • Manage and track partner marketing budgets, ensuring optimal spend and ROI.
  • Represent Talkdesk at industry conferences, trade shows, and events as needed.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Talkdesk’s product suite, market landscape, and the evolving CCaaS/SaaS ecosystem.
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and celebrate key milestones and achievements.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience working with or supporting channel partners strongly preferred.
  • Broad marketing experience including project management, campaign execution, events, content development, and email marketing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with precision, urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Strong budget ownership and project management skills.
  • Adept at analyzing problems, making decisions quickly, and driving action.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable building and maintaining relationships in a fully remote environment. 
  • Familiarity with the customer experience, contact center, or SaaS industries is a plus.
  • High-energy, creative, collaborative, and self-driven personality.
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Impartner, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Multi-lingual a plus (Portuguese, Spanish, French, German).

Additional Notes:
This position will follow a hybrid work model.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
