As Product Marketing Manager for Talkdesk CXA, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy for some of our most transformative capabilities—spanning agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and experience intelligence. This is not a typical product marketing role. You’ll help define a new category. You’ll translate cutting-edge innovation into compelling narratives. And you’ll partner closely with sales, product, and campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and adoption.
You’ll report to the Director of AI Platform Product Marketing and play a key role in building the messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for a fast-moving portfolio of products that redefine how work gets done in the contact center and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone who’s both strategic and execution-focused, with a passion for AI technologies and a drive to bring complex products to market in a way that resonates with customer experience leaders. You’ll be the subject matter expert on your competitors, your buyers, and your products. You’ll join an award-winning agile marketing team that brings new products and services to market, drives competitive intelligence and positioning, and influences go-to-market tactics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create short and long-term strategy to maximize sales and end-user adoption of Talkdesk’s Customer Experience Automation solution
- Own the full go-to-market lifecycle for your product set—from positioning and messaging to launch execution, field enablement, and ongoing adoption
- Translate sophisticated AI capabilities—such as agent orchestration, workflow automation, and real-time insights—into clear, customer-facing value propositions
- Develop content and tools that support sales and customer success teams, including messaging frameworks, solution briefs, demos, videos, and competitive playbooks
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Customer Marketing, Communications and Content to maximize the impact of product innovations and to evangelize the power of our AI platform
- Deliver messaging strategies that appeal to potential and existing customers
- Represent your product areas with confidence in customer meetings, webinars, and analyst briefings
- Conduct and manage market research
- Work with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Management to guarantee product messaging consistency and alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You’re a storyteller and a strategist—equally comfortable with messaging frameworks and funnel metrics
- You have experience launching and marketing SaaS or AI products in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- You speak the language of AI and automation, and can translate technical concepts into crisp, customer-facing value
- You understand the enterprise software buyer, especially in CX, IT, or operations roles
- You’re curious, collaborative, and energized by working across disciplines to bring big ideas to life
- You have 5-10 years of product marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or AI platform company
- Have a BA or BS degree
- Fluent English speaker and writer
Please, add your portfolio with your own writing marketing materials in English to your resume when applying.
