We’re seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to help us shape the next generation of leadership at Talkdesk. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role — partnering directly with our executive team to attract transformative leaders who will drive growth, innovation, and culture in our AI-first future. You’ll join a company on the verge of its next chapter — expanding globally, innovating in AI, and redefining what customer experience can be. As part of our Talent team, you’ll have a front-row seat to build the leadership foundation that shapes our future.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle executive recruiting across all functions — from sourcing to offer — with precision, discretion, and a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Partner directly with C-level and senior leadership to define global search strategies, assess talent needs, and deliver world-class executives across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Product, and beyond.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with business leaders, offering insight, coaching, and market intelligence throughout the hiring process.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies that surface diverse, high-impact talent in both active and passive markets.
- Act as a brand ambassador, elevating Talkdesk’s executive value proposition and shaping how top talent experiences our company.
- Champion a high-touch, high-integrity approach that ensures exceptional engagement with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Champion AI-driven hiring approaches and continuously raise the bar on talent quality and recruiting excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years leading executive-level searches (VP and above).
- Proven success hiring for leadership roles in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
- Strong business acumen, with deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the impact of executive talent.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a consultative and data-driven approach.
- Creative and resourceful sourcing strategist with a passion for discovering and engaging world-class leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Pay Range (Base Pay): $152,000-$228,000
Other Types of Pay: Based on level and role the employee may be eligible for long term incentives in the form of equity and short term incentives of either bonus or commission.

Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan
Paid Time Off: Talkdesk offers an uncapped paid time off program, subject to manager approval and consistent with business needs.
Paid Holidays: Talkdesk offers 14 paid holidays each year.
Paid Sick Leave: Employees have uncapped paid time off, subject to manager approval and consistent with business needs.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
