Your mission is to align people strategy with aggressive revenue and growth targets, building a high-performing, agile commercial organization. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for an experienced HR practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment and can flex seamlessly between strategic coaching and execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

As the dedicated Senior PBP for Sales & Marketing, your core responsibilities will include:

Sales & Marketing Client Partnership

  • GTM Advisory: Act as the primary People Business Partner for our AMER Sales and Marketing organizations, building strong, consultative relationships with VP-level commercial leaders.

  • Enablement & Coaching: Partner with sales and marketing managers to coach employees toward Practitioner, Builder, and Strategist-level AI fluency, designing targeted performance plans where necessary.
  • Performance Calibration: Lead localized mid-year and annual review cycles, ensuring performance ratings, sales quotas, and AI fluency benchmarks are calibrated fairly and consistently.

Performance, Culture, & Global Alignment

  • High-Performance Culture: Coach sales and marketing managers on navigating high-pressure performance dynamics, managing PIP processes, and structuring clear career progression paths.
  • Engagement & Retention: Drive targeted retention and engagement strategies for high-performing, high-potential (HiPo) commercial talent, using data from engagement surveys (e.g., Peakon/Workday) to build leadership action plans.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader regional PBP team (Americas, EMEA, APAC/Philippines) to ensure global consistency across our international commercial offices and navigate multi-jurisdictional sales employment structures.

👤 What You'll Bring

  • Professional Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, with a strong preference for direct support of high-performing Sales, Marketing, or broader GTM functions.
  • ELT-Adjacent Partnership: Demonstrated experience operating at a senior level, successfully advising VP and above stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed commercial setting.
  • GTM HR Technical Expertise:
    • Strong working knowledge of global employment laws (US required; EMEA/APAC exposure highly valued).
    • Robust understanding of sales compensation, variable commission structures, and incentive design.
    • Proven experience with organizational design, capacity planning, and scaling sales/marketing teams.
  • Change Leadership: Experience leading large-scale cultural or technological change, with an enthusiasm for AI-driven transformation and translating AI adoption goals into GTM success.
  • Industry & Tools Acumen:
    • Experience working within a CCaaS, SaaS, or high-growth tech environment.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional business acumen, absolute discretion, strong executive presence, and the ability to translate complex People metrics into clear business actions.
