Requirements:

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California. 
• Valid driver's license, car insurance & reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Must possess the physical fitness necessary to safely perform caregiving duties, including the ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to provide care in varied environments, including homes with pets (cats, dogs, etc.). 
• Willing to work with a diverse range of clients (both male and female) with varying needs, including but not limited to clients who are bedbound, have dementia, are incontinent, or require specialized care.
• Must own an iPhone or Android smartphone capable of downloading and comfortably using up to three apps for work-related tasks.
