Opportunities Available:

Community-Based Caregiver (Team Model)
Work as part of a dedicated team supporting multiple clients within a set neighborhood or area.

  • Guaranteed hours and a steady schedule
  • Work alongside other caregivers and stay busy with back-to-back visits
  • Great for caregivers who enjoy a routine and consistent weekly pay

Assignment-Based Caregiver (Companion Care Model)
Choose individual client assignments that work for your schedule and preferences.

  • Flexibility to accept or decline cases
  • Longer, more traditional shifts (minimum 6 hours)
  • Ideal if you prefer building relationships with fewer clients over longer visits

What You’ll Do (All Roles):

  • Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support)
  • Help with household tasks (meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping)
  • Support with medication reminders and healthy routines
  • Offer companionship and engagement
  • Provide transportation for errands and appointments

Requirements:

  • Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle (to transport clients)
  • Ability to safely perform caregiving duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willing to support a wide range of clients with varying needs
  • iPhone or Android smartphone for work-related apps
