Training Delivery Specialist
This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the Krakow Office (Fabryczna Street) a minimum of three days per week.
The Basics:
Tanium’s Customer Enablement team is seeking a Training Delivery Specialist to support our training programs. This role leads the end-to-end planning, execution, and learner support of high-impact training initiatives. A successful specialist for this team will be an organizational guru, who loves to continually scale and improve processes, support new tool adoption, as well as partner cross-functionally with teams across Tanium.

What you’ll do:
- Project manage enablement components (Project plan, scheduling, registration process, delivery, reporting) of in-person and e-learning HR-driven training courses
- Support LMS operations including course setup, learner enrollment, and reporting in partnership with the LMS Administrator
- Act as knowledge manager, cataloging all presentation content and supporting material for training events and programs
- Collaborate closely with other members of the Customer Enablement team to leverage best practices and programs, executed on a global scale
- Ensure that programs are executed efficiently, on time and on budget
- Serve as a point of contact for learners, customers, and partners, resolving enablement related queries and providing high-quality customer service
- Provide live virtual session support during training delivery
We’re looking for someone with:
Education
- BA/BS degree required
Experience:
- 1+ year of project management, coordination or administrative support experience required
- Scheduling, calendar management and coordinating logistics for training events
- Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Saba Cloud, or similar platform preferred
- Training or facilitation experience a plus
Other
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superb focus, attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment required
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Copilot) preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 0365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) required
