Field Marketing Manager (Remote - Pacific/Mountain Time Zone)

The Basics:

The Field Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing initiatives that align with sales priorities and accelerate pipeline growth. This role combines strategic expertise with hands-on execution of integrated events. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively across teams. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Strategic Partnership with Sales: Align marketing strategies with regional sales goals to support quarterly pipeline and revenue targets. 
  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Events, and Alliances teams to deliver multi-channel programs including email, webinars, direct mail, digital ads, and field events. 
  • Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage impactful regional events that drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate deal cycles. 
  • Performance & Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels and accounts. 
  • Sales Enablement & Communication: Maintain strong alignment with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops. Advocate for sales needs and communicate marketing priorities effectively. 
  • Marketing Operations: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute successful events independently. 
This role will primarily support sales teams across the Western and Central U.S. regions. Candidates should be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones and be comfortable supporting multiple geographies as business needs evolve.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement regional field marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Execute integrated events that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.
  • Monitor and report on event performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.  
  • Partner with Sales to ensure seamless lead management and follow-up.  
  • Manage budgets and timelines for regional marketing programs.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.  
  • Experience:  
    • 3–6 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing. 
    • Proven success in designing and executing integrated programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. 
  • Skills & Other Requirements:  
    • Strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving skills. 
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and functions. 
    • Proficiency in English; bilingual in English and French preferred for regional engagement in Canada. 
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
    • Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. 
    • Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

What you’ll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $155,000 This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
