About the Role:
The Senior Specialist, Global Supply Acquisition and Onboarding, will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the registration and onboarding process, overseeing both Taskers (Taskrabbit) and Helpers (Dolly) across 8 countries. This role is critical to maintaining healthy supply, improving operational efficiency, enhancing the registrant experience, optimizing registration funnel conversion, and improving registrant quality.

What You’ll Work On:

- Leverage our supply model to develop and execute supply acquisition strategies in collaboration with BI, Marketing, Partnerships, Country Managers, and Metro Leads to maintain healthy supply levels and meet fulfillment targets.
- Partner with Fulfillment and Tasker Success teams to ensure independent contractors are available in the right place at the right time to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Lead and support BPO teams responsible for executing registration tasks (application vetting, document verification, onboarding communications), ensuring accuracy, quality, and throughput.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and CS to drive funnel improvements, automation, and scalable onboarding solutions.
- Drive operational excellence by mapping complex processes, developing metrics, and implementing creative solutions to optimize or automate key workflows.
- Define and track KPIs for supply health, funnel performance, acquisition costs, and ROI; build dashboards to monitor supply needs and inform strategy across markets.
- Support alignment across Taskrabbit and Dolly, ensuring supply strategies and standards are consistent across both brands and tailored to market needs.
- Lead and execute high-impact strategic initiatives, from running experiments to launching programs that drive top-of-funnel growth and reduce acquisition costs.
Who You Are:
- A strategic operator who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day detailed execution.
- A problem solver who gets to the bottom of every issue and takes ownership to fix it.
- Data-driven, constantly seeking to test, measure, optimize, and improve.
- Customer-obsessed, focused on delivering an excellent onboarding experience to Helpers and Taskers.
- A strong collaborator across teams and regions.
- Comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment.
- An operational leader excited to scale complex marketplace businesses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in GSuite, SQL, Looker/Sigma, and other data tools.
- Ability to travel 5% of the time.
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience managing offshore/BPO teams
- Experience with process automation
