HR Coordinator

Tatari is looking for a scrappy and dedicated HR Coordinator to join the team in San Francisco. In this position, you will be responsible for office management, and work closely with the Senior Manager of PeopleOps on benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of PeopleOps and manage benefits administration and onboarding. This includes administering and plan management (enrollments, invoice reconciliation, terminations) of benefit programs such as, but not limited to: medical/dental/vision plans, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, leave life-cycle, workplace accommodations, and internal Tatari-sponsored benefits.
- Oversee all-thing SF office management, including but not limited to, facility organization, ordering snacks or lunches, planning and executing team building events, troubleshooting office gears, vendor management—no task is too big or small. You are the first point of contact in SF for Tatari employees, candidates, any stakeholders, and SF office related vendors.
- Champion Tatari culture in the office alongside with the PeopleOps team, including working on various ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from a 4-year college/university.
- 2+ years of office management experience preferably for a startup.
- 1+ years in benefits administration, including understanding of how health insurance plans/ancillary benefits operate, bonus for experience in leave of absence and workplace accommodation management.
- Solid customer service skills are a must.
- Record keeping and attention to detail are a must. You manage all employee documents electronically via Workday and Google Drive.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized, aka juggle competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
- Desire to solve problems with effective and efficient solutions …a go-getter attitude!
- You have strong technical and troubleshooting skills, prior experience utilizing G Suite, Slack and Office 365
