Senior Client Development Manager, Agency

New York, New York, United States

Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. We work with some of your favorite disruptor brands—like Calm, Vuori, Rocket Money, and hundreds more—to grow their business using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience. Our technology and services are pushing the industry forward, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.

Named one of the 16 Hottest Ad Tech Companies by Business Insider and Best Places to Work by Inc. Magazine, Tatari is experiencing rapid growth. Our executive team is comprised of former founders and senior leaders at fast-rising startups like Shazam, TrueCar, AdapTV, and LiveRail and larger, more established tech companies like Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Yahoo.

We’re looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Client Development Manager to join the Agency Partnerships team. In this high-impact, individual contributor position, you’ll play a critical part in accelerating our go-to-market strategy—driving net-new agency revenue, forging new partnerships, and expanding our footprint across the independent agency ecosystem.

You’ll be hands-on through all stages of the sales cycle—from pipeline generation and strategic outreach to negotiation and closing. This is a key hire for Tatari and a unique opportunity for someone eager to grow their career at the forefront of a fast-moving and rapidly evolving category. This role reports to the Director of Platform Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new agency revenue by sourcing, developing, and closing partnerships—primarily with independent agencies, while also supporting opportunities with large holding companies.
  • Lead RFP responses and new business opportunities from strategy through pitch, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on convergent TV and performance marketing.
  • Deliver compelling platform demos and presentations that clearly articulate Tatari’s value and differentiation.
  • Manage a disciplined, reliable pipeline with clear prioritization, forecasting, and follow-through.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Services and Media Buying to scale agency sophistication and long-term growth.
  • Stay fluent in Tatari’s roadmap and industry trends—especially measurement, privacy, and the evolving TV ecosystem.
  • Represent Tatari externally through client activations, co-hosted events, and thought leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of outbound media and adtech sales experience, including at least 3+ years focused on independent agency partnerships. Proven network of senior agency contacts is highly preferred.
  • Background at an agency, ad tech company, TV publisher or network, and/or Demand Side Platform (DSP) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of linear and streaming TV buying, performance measurement, and attribution; bonus for programmatic experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building new business from scratch in fast-paced environments.
  • High EQ, humility, self-direction, and ownership mindset—you’re entrepreneurial but thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools; experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.

Benefits

  • Total compensation $200,000-250,000/Annually (75% base + minimum 25% variable)
  • Equity compensation
  • Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents
  • Unlimited PTO and sick days
  • Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office
  • Team building events
  • $1,000 annual continued education benefit
  • $500 WFH reimbursement
  • Monthly lifestyle spending reimbursements
  • FSA and commuter benefits
  • Monthly Company Wellness Day Off
  • Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week. THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION

At Tatari, we believe in the importance of cultivating teams with diverse backgrounds and offering equal opportunities to all. We strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and diversity is celebrated.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
