About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and autonomous Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end development. The ideal candidate will be adept at building intuitive user interfaces, developing and integrating APIs, and seamlessly connecting external services such as DocuSign and Google Maps. The developer must be capable of delivering minimum viable products (MVPs) from basic project scopes, making practical decisions when requirements are flexible, and escalating critical uncertainties early.

Technical Requirements

• Front-End:
  
  
• Proficient in React
  
  
• Experience with Shadcn UI or similar component libraries
  
  
• Familiarity with Next.js
  
  
• Back-End:
  
  
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python
  
  
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs
  
  
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization
  
  
• Integrations:
  
  
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., DocuSign, Google Maps)
  
  
• Familiarity with OpenAI API is a plus
  
  

Soft Skills

• Fast Learner:
  Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and integrate them into existing projects without extensive supervision.
  
  
• Autonomous Delivery:
  Capable of understanding project requirements, inferring necessary details, and delivering tasks ready for review and iterative improvement.
  
  
• POC Execution and Critical Thinking:
  Able to deliver functional Minimal Viable Projects from basic scoping documents. Should infer and autonomously fill in details where flexible, and know how to distinguish between:
  
  
• Critical unknowns (that must be clarified early)
  
  
• Flexible unknowns (that can be easily adjusted later)
  
  

Must be comfortable with iterative delivery and prioritizing practical progress over perfect specifications.
