ABOUT THE ROLE
The Paid Social Manager will take full ownership of the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid social campaigns. You'll lead the charge on performance-driven growth by managing large-scale budgets, creating rapid testing roadmaps, and driving high-volume user acquisition — all without reliance on outside media buyers or agencies.


This role is perfect for someone with deep Meta Ads expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and the confidence to scale and experiment across platforms while hitting aggressive ROAS and CPA targets.

  • Base salary: $95,000 – $120,000 annually

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the day-to-day management, optimization, and scaling of all paid social campaigns without relying on an agency or media buyer

  • Build a high-velocity testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, placements, bidding, and landing experiences

  • Translate performance insights into creative briefs, partnering with copywriters, designers, and video editors

  • Work with our marketing director to establish clear CPA, ROAS, and volume targets — then exceed them

  • Launch and scale new platforms (e.g. X, Snapchat, Reddit) based on business opportunity and channel maturity

  • Monitor daily performance and proactively make budget and bid adjustments to hit efficiency goals

  • Audit and evolve campaign structures, attribution models, and tracking infrastructure

  • Document experiments, wins, and lessons learned to inform long-term strategy

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with clear performance outcomes

  • Proven hands-on experience managing high six-figure monthly budgets on social channels with direct accountability for performance outcomes

  • Deep platform expertise in Meta Ads Manager (audience structures, pixel events, CAPI, etc.)

  • Experience running high-volume testing programs and deriving insights from incomplete data

  • Comfortable working with creative teams and providing performance-driven feedback

  • Track record of transforming underperforming accounts into scalable engines of growth

  • Strong ownership mindset — you’re not waiting to be told what to fix

NICE TO HAVE

  • Proven experience managing creative and technical teams

  • Experience using HubSpot’s Marketing Hub

  • Experience with X, Reddit, Snap, and other social advertising platforms
