ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven RED Performance Manager to oversee daily sales operations and performance across our phase 1 sale. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment, balancing real-time monitoring with proactive coaching and operational problem-solving. The RED Performance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring team efficiency, driving performance, and maintaining smooth workflows across sales operations.

HOW YOU'LL BE REWARDED

- Salary Range: $85,000 - 100,000 per year
- Monthly Bonus: Average bonus potential of $1,000 - 3,000 per month
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Performance Monitoring
- Track and manage team/individual pay rate and conversion rate (CVR) in real time using Salesforce and KPIs.
- Identify underperforming reps/teams, deliver immediate coaching, and implement corrective measures.
Incentive Management
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement daily, weekly, and monthly incentives.
- Announce programs, track performance, and coordinate payouts with Finance.
Pipeline & Payment Management
- Monitor RED pipeline for stalled deals, missing documents, or payment method issues.
- Track and manage postdated initial payments, driving rep follow-up and ensuring collection.
Coaching & Training
- Conduct live and scheduled call trainings (1-on-1 or small group) for underperforming or junior sales officers.
- Monitor calls for compliance, objection handling, and tone, providing actionable feedback.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Manage the trainee graduation process, ensuring communication with HR, Finance, and Developers for seamless rep transitions.
- Collaborate with leadership on performance reporting and incentive planning.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Proven experience in sales operations, performance management, or a related supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret real-time performance dashboards.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Experience in a high-volume sales environment.
- Background in managing incentive structures and bonus programs.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented settings.
