ABOUT THE ROLE

The Paralegal plays a vital role in supporting internal legal operations and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting comprehensive legal operations.

HOW YOU’LL BE REWARDED

  • Base pay: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, responses, and filings related to ongoing cases and regulatory matters
  • Track and organize key legal deadlines and requirements
  • Provide support with contracts, agreements, and general corporate legal matter.
  • Assist with compliance, employment-related issues, and intellectual property administration
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or memoranda to support internal and external legal matters
  • Maintain organized and confidential legal files in accordance with company standards
  • Support the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Counsel with high-level projects, legal initiatives, and coordination with external counsel
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather information or assist with company-wide legal needs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 2+ years of paralegal experience.
  • Experience working with senior leadership or C-level executives preferred
  • Strong legal writing skills and proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive executive-level matters
  • Willingness to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment
