Our team is looking to add a dynamic and visionary Lead Producer to play a crucial role in managing our videographers and production team members while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. The primary responsibilities of this role will include overseeing on-set training and development for Associate Producers and Videographers, translating creative concepts into high-quality content, and driving the execution of large-scale content ideas generated by the creative team.

We are seeking someone who loves pushing content to the extremes and is looking to produce trailblazing videos in the YouTube space with one of the top Content Creators on the platform! This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a deep appreciation for YouTube culture. This position is located in Dallas, Texas.

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce high-quality content that engages our audience and builds upon our community
  • Lead and mentor a team of Videographers and Production members, promoting a positive and efficient working environment
  • Provide guidance and support to associate producers through hands-on on-set training to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Collaborate closely with the creative teams to brainstorm and develop large-scale content ideas that captivate audiences and align with strategic goals
  • Evaluate the feasibility of creative concepts and propose innovative production methods to enhance the quality of content
  • Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans, ensuring alignment with TBNR's brand and vision
  • Oversee TBNR production filming and meeting calendars 
  • Collaborate with the production team to plan shoots, research/scout locations, and contribute to the development of unique and compelling content ideas
  • Coordinate equipment rentals, vendor outreach, travel, lodging, cars, and meals for talent and production crew
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, potential challenges, and proposed solutions
  • Monitor and manage production budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient project execution
  • Work on-location, both in remote and challenging environments, to capture live events and talent interviews while adhering to production schedules
  • Assist in organizing and managing raw footage, contribute to the editing process, and work closely with the post-production team to ensure the final product aligns with the team’s vision
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, extreme sports culture, and emerging technologies related to production, to continually enhance the quality and uniqueness of TBNR’s content

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in content production, with a focus on YouTube or digital platforms
  • Prior production experience in the YouTube and/or digital media space required
  • Strong leadership skills and previous experience in managing and mentoring production teams
  • Understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging environments and unpredictable weather conditions
  • Ability to travel to different shooting locations or event sites, which may involve long flights or car rides, and flexibility to adapt to dynamic production schedules
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with fellow team members, talent, and event organizers
  • May involve lifting and carrying production equipment, props, or materials; should be capable of handling moderate to heavy loads
  • Ability to stand for extended periods; moving around the production site to supervise different areas and ensure everything is running smoothly
  • Productions often take place outdoors or in various locations; must be comfortable working in different weather conditions and terrains
  • Physical stamina to remain alert, focused, and productive throughout the day; often long hours, sometimes in high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential
  • High regard for quality assurance
