WHO WE ARE

TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Fire MCN gets an average of 40 million views per day. In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication.

We at TBNR are a group of skilled CREATORS coming from a variety of backgrounds including content creation, music, theater, coding, architectural design, movie and television set construction, tech and VC startups, professional gaming, video game development, and beyond!

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Film content for our main IRL channels focusing on what will drive the most excitement to our audience
• Set up and break down lights and camera gear on set
• Mic up talent and make sure sound is synced before filming
• Fully understand scripts and outlines, and film each scene with maximum retention in mind
• Work with Directors to create shot lists for each production & shoot day
• Help film collaborations with with other YouTubers and their teams
• Manage and maintain all camera and lighting equipment
• Dump and organize footage after shoots and to make sure post has everything needed
• Work with Production Coordinator to schedule time for pick up shots and thumbnail photos
• Participate in YouTube analytics dives to fully understand why videos are successful
• Participate in regular post-mortem conversations to consistently level up our productions 
• All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of Videography experience
• Google Suite
• Deep Understanding of the Production Process
• Knowledge of Sony Cameras
• Great Communication Skills
• Must be Detail Oriented
• Well Organized
