Business Manager - Nissan United

SUMMARY:

The Business Manager assists the Nissan United Headquarters team in the day-to-day management of the Nissan client and supporting the NU team. The purpose of this role is to help Nissan United ensure the highest level of cross team/client integration and process compliance. 

A self-starter, an achiever and a fast learner, you have a great can-do attitude and not afraid to dive right into to learn. You are reliable, proactive, resourceful and have the ability to work independently to keep projects moving forward.

This position requires you to be extremely detail-oriented and strive for accuracy. Excellent communication skills and a high level of organizational skills will aid in the success of this role. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) are also important.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Business Manager provides support on campaign development and ongoing operational functions, driving alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and rollout of integrated campaign.

  • Drive projects forward daily and autonomously with oversight from a Business Director, being able to manage development of multiple campaign assets while bringing a strong understanding of the production process.
  • Apply experience and understanding of agency processes to encourage constructive and proactive planning.
  • Manage cross functional workstreams by coordinating deliverables from internal departments including creative, production, and strategy.
  • Ensure tasks have clear objectives, timings, ownership and deliverables.
  • Organize budgets, timelines, status documents and recaps.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with legal and brand guidelines
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agency partners as required
  • Compile comprehensive campaign summaries for clients and internal teams.
  • Assist with meeting preparation including organizing meeting details, deck preparation and providing meeting notes as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years agency experience, automotive client experience a plus 
  • Proven track record of strong communication skills across agency departments
  • Experience managing project schedules

 

Location:

Given the nature of our Business team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville, TN, in the near future (first 30 days of employment).
