Analyst, Audience Strategy & Analytics
Team Overview
The Audience Strategy and Analytics team is a group of individuals bringing audience solutions to our Nissan client. This team is integrated with various business units (Media Strategy, Activation, Creative Strategy) to ensure audience intelligence is infused into the campaign planning process. We are looking for someone to join our innovative team wanting to learn in an ever-changing environment.
As an Audience Strategy and Analytics Analyst, you will be tasked with sharing audience insights, aiding in the consistent evolution of audience strategy and development. You will also work closely with key stakeholders to uncover audience opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Working with internal teams to help provide them with audience insights and intelligence to make data-driven decisions
- Support the development of audience strategy, client presentations, and storytelling approaches
- Present complex concepts/ideas to stakeholders in a simple way
- Work closely with data scientists through audience development, employ proper checks and balances, and collaborate on innovative audience approaches
- Build robust audience profiles that will be used for media and creative planning (strong storytelling skills)
- Collaborate with strategy teams to understand challenges and objectives to develop analytic approaches to meet those objectives
- Help develop audience tests and assign appropriate measurement solutions for learning
- Maintain audience activation processes and taxonomy to ensure smooth audience execution
- Work with marketing partners to develop innovative strategies for audience insights and development
- Expert project management, multi-tasking, organizational, and process-oriented skills are a must, identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the evolving analytics landscape
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of analytical experience with a background in the media industry
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business/marketing-related fields.
- A strong desire to learn and passion for digital marketing, research, analytics
- Ability to manage and prioritize several concurrent tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Understanding of qualitative tools and quantitative research practices
- Knowledge and experience with syndicated research resources/tools (i.e. ComScore, GWI, Nielsen, GfK, MRI etc.)
- Excellent communication skills are a must especially when communicating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration skills are a must
- Analytical, evaluative, innovative thinker who likes to solve problems
- SQL programming is a bonus
All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN or New York City to work from our offices hybrid three days a week.

Location:
Given the nature of our Data team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville, TN, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).
