WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Our Brand Executives help manage and coordinate elements of each client campaign. The ideal candidate is highly responsible and proactive with the ability to build strong relationships with key partners.
IDEA DEVELOPMENT:
- Learns what makes a good, inspiring brief
- Recognize and articulate strategic intent of creative
- Develop basic strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with comms planning and strategy in developing work
- Provide constructive feedback to creatives
- Master project management and production skills
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP:
- Manage day-to-day clients
- Earn client trust and confidence through responsiveness, reliability, and know-how
INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS/PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT:
- Establish strong partnerships with the internal team to get things done
- Articulate the agency culture to new team members
- Manages Brand Coordinators (when applicable)
BUSINESS/INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:
- Understand how project and budget management impact account/agency profitability
- Manage projects within the timeline and budgets
- Be knowledgeable of recent competitive activity and prepare POVs on implications to the client business.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
- Deliver prepared presentations with confidence
- Confidently discuss issues in response to questions
- Prepare a solid POV on matters related to projects
- Identify and summarize next steps
MANAGERIAL SKILLS:
- Own budgets and estimates
- Own project deliverables and specs; diligently supervise quality control
- Proactively anticipate and solve problems
- Rally cross-functional teams by keeping them informed and delegating tasks
BUSINESS RESULTS:
- Understand how project and financial management impact the bottom line, including balancing budgets, working with finance on billing, etc.
- Manage projects within the timeline and budget
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, business strategy, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven experience managing account team administrative needs
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and operate in a solutions-oriented mindset.
All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles to work from our offices hybrid three days a week.
The annual salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, sick and personal days, Also, you will be eligible (approximately thirty days after you commence employment) to participate in all disability, life, travel insurance plans and programs, retirement plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
