You are a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, with an interest and experience in digital advertising.
You are proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook/Entourage with the ability to learn new computer systems. You possess strong verbal and written communication, are able to follow direction, while also showing the ability to proactively address problems and are detail orientated. You are comfortable communicating with multiple Teams/partners to provide solutions and recommendations.
Position Summary:
The Associate for the Headquarters Digital Solutions team on the Nissan (Tier 2/Retail) team is able to learn quickly, perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner. The Associate assists the team in its day-to-day process of creative activation, functionality testing, and managing dynamic platforms and partners.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with teams across the agency to initiate, manage, and execute the creative activation process for all RMP In & Near Market campaigns
- Maintain and update internal/external documents shared across teams
- Perform regular creative audits of live assets to ensure technical functionality and asset correctness
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to gather topics of discussion and manage the coordination of regular status meetings and project kick-off calls
- Keep thorough documentation of active projects and provide detailed recap notes of items discussed in meetings to keep team aligned and on track
- Manage multiple projects and tasks at a time while maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Work with the team to think critically through proposed projects and determine technical feasibility for each platform
- Participate in the investigation to find innovative digital solutions for evolving/expanding digital platforms

Given the nature of our Media team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville, TN, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).
