YOU ARE THE TONE-SETTER Deftly managing multiple clients and teams, no matter how large or unwieldy. You have a versatile and sharp focus that provides each team and every client the sense that they are your one and only. Without discounting details, you never lose sight of the big picture. And you clearly communicate those visions to ensure that your clients and teams maintain a full perspective while addressing the minutia.

You act as your senior clients’ right hand, calling upon your wealth of experience to provide on-the-spot insights and solutions. You think analytically, and you’ve dreamt in PowerPoint often enough to prove it. But you also have a mind for the disruptive—you’re motivated by the unconventional, and you generate excitement and faith from your clients that it can be done. You are a leader within the organization and across departments, and you position your teams for success, address issues in real-time, and all emerge stronger as a result. And your focus on retention and growth for both talent and clients is rewarded with loyalty and outstanding creative and strategic deliverables.

INSPIRE - 15%

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Oversee brand positioning, strategy, objectives, and tactical plan by partnering with clients and team—on multiple pieces of client business

  • Ensure all work is started and completed on brief and poised for measurable success

  • Ensuring that every brand you manage has a Disruption roadmap

  • Ensure agency excellence through creative deliverables and brand successes

YOU WILL EXCEL BY:

  • Considering brand life-cycle in planning beyond 12-18 months out

OVERSEE - 25%

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Ensure that the entire team has opportunities for engagement and leadership with the client team

  • Establish close working relationship with senior marketing leads at client

  • Assign and align resource needs with staff availability, strengths, and developmental needs to maintain project and staff efficiency across multiple teams

  • Delegate tasks appropriately and to provide learning opportunities for members of your team

YOU WILL EXCEL BY:

  • Continually checking under the hood to make sure we are doing our best work

LEAD - 30%

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Manage team dynamics and set an example of leadership to foster a high-performing team

  • Deliver accurate annual forecast and monthly projections while managing to the bottom line, ensuring profitability at benchmark, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth]

  • Drive growth and foster a business-building orientation on account teams to meet and exceed agency revenue forecasts and secure new business

  • Engage in annual brand planning process to develop strategy and secure revenue for the upcoming year

  • Identify new initiatives for clients by promoting and pulling through D-Live

YOU WILL EXCEL BY:

  • Becoming an advocate for your brand team and a liaison between your team and leadership

DEVELOP - 20%

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Forge strong client relationships with all levels of clients, extended client teams, OHG network partners, and other client vendors or associations

  • Create a positive spirit and culture for your team members and your clients, so that all can flourish

  • Help direct reports set realistic goals, and provide opportunities for goal attainment

YOU WILL EXCEL BY:

  • Partnering with OHG network agencies to come up with new, or previously unimaginable solutions

REACH - 10%

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Connect to senior leadership with ongoing client, brand, and team updates

  • Study industry trends and reports, evaluate client research, and provide forward-thinking POVs and value-added ideas to influence client decision-making and grow the busines

  • Identify opportunities for new client business and lead new pitches

  • Lead at least one internal agency initiative that connects you to agency staff beyond those on your teams

YOU WILL EXCEL BY:

  • Establishing a presence outside of the teams you lead

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ prior work experience preferably in an agency, marketing and/or sales environment (pharmaceutical experience highly desired)
  • Prior internal team and client management experience
  • Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time depending on client location(s)

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
