
Intelligence Training Manager, Shared Services
Overview:
This role sits within the HR function, reporting to the HR Director, and is critical to developing and implementing skill-based professional pathways for intelligence analysts. The Training Manager will design and deliver training programs that enhance analytical capabilities, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support career progression within the intelligence and investigative fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in intelligence, investigations, risk management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in OSINT, intelligence analysis, investigations, or compliance-related fields is required.
- Experience in developing skill-based training programs that align with career pathways for intelligence professionals.
- At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Designing and delivering structured learning programs for intelligence or investigative professionals.
- Conducting regulatory risk assessments, due diligence, or compliance investigations.
- Performing intelligence analysis for government agencies, corporate security teams, or consulting firms.
- Reviewing and providing quality assurance for investigative or analytical reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competency-based training programs for intelligence analysts.
- Establish clear career pathways based on skills development and professional growth.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify learning needs and capability gaps.
- Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to intelligence professionals at various experience levels.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs based on industry trends and evolving business needs.
- Ensure training content aligns with regulatory and ethical standards in intelligence analysis.

- Strong learning & development expertise, particularly in technical and analytical training.
- Ability to assess workforce competencies and align training with professional growth.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and writing abilities to support knowledge transfer.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with HR, compliance, and operational teams.
- Professional fluency in English.

Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000 annualized
