About the opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help build and scale Teads’ supply-side products that power publisher monetization across web and in-app. You’ll own parts of the supply stack—ad serving, integrations, yield, and quality—working closely with Engineering, Data, Monetization and Solutions to deliver measurable impact for our partners.
What will you do?
- Own the roadmap for a set of supply-side capabilities.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog and delivery with engineering.
- Data-Driven, Drive experiments to improve yield and engagement; partner with Data teams to define metrics and analyze performance.
- Collaborate with business teams to onboard strategic publishers; remove blockers and standardize best practices and implementation guides.
- Create product docs, launch plans, and training materials; enable internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor market/competitive trends in ad tech and translate into product bets.
What will you bring to the team?
- 2+ years of product management experience
- Comfortable with technical details (e.g., reading API specs, understanding client/server flows etc)
- Strong execution and communication skills: write clear PRDs, prioritize effectively, align stakeholders, and deliver in agile environments
- Data-driven mindset: able to define KPIs and design/run experiments
- Fluent in English with a track record of partnering across cross-functional teams
- Resourceful self-starter and collaborative team player
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Nice-to-have:
- Prior experience in digital advertising and ad tech
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools
