ABOUT THE ROLE:
A Principal Interaction Designer is a master craftsperson and strategic leader in Teague’s Design Studio. They combine expert-level design skills with systems thinking and strategic foresight to deliver exceptional user experiences. With deep experience across the entire discover-define-develop-deliver cycle, they’ll work at the intersection of usability, strategy, visual storytelling, and technical implementation to create world-class digital experiences. Principals guide project teams, mentor designers and serve as trusted partners to clients – capable of independently managing relationships and steering programs when needed – with little to no oversight. They are equally comfortable in upstream strategy, detailed design execution, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, shaping both the work and future of interaction design at Teague.

WHO YOU ARE:

You can confidently guide clients, teams and executives through decision-making with clarity, empathy and influence. Your technical architecture understanding and systems thinking allows you to design beyond the screen, shaping experiences across ecosystems and touchpoints.
As a mentor and role model, you raise the bar for design craft and studio culture.
