What You'll Do:
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for parts-related inquiries, providing quotes and product info while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist in locating, stocking, and organizing parts, ensuring efficient inventory control and coordination with the service department.
- Administrative Duties: Process invoicing, manage inventory levels, create quotes, and handle parts orders and returns.
- Business Development: Help grow the customer base by adding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Additional Tasks: Answer phones, file documents, and support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and parts management. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of experience in industrial equipment parts or a similar field.
- Knowledge of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses.
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a DOT physical, including a drug screening.
