Are you a hands-on, team-oriented CDL driver who takes pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently? Mid-Atlantic Truck & Equipment is looking for a CDL Delivery Driver at our Easton, MD location to deliver parts and equipment locally — and be home every night! This is not an over-the-road or long-haul position.

If you like a fast-paced, collaborative environment and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to help out in the shop and warehouse when needed, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver truck parts and equipment safely and efficiently to local customers.
  • Load, secure, and verify deliveries for accuracy — obtain signatures and complete paperwork.
  • Plan your delivery route to stay on time and on point.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Keep delivery vehicles clean, maintained, and DOT-compliant.
  • Jump in to help out in the shop or warehouse whenever needed.
  • Operate a forklift safely when necessary (experience preferred).
  • Support the Parts, Truck Service, and Compactor Service teams with tasks and compactor installs.
  • Build positive customer relationships and help promote the business when visiting sites.

What We’re Looking For

  • CDL Class A or B required
  • Manual transmission endorsement/provision required.
  • 3+ years of professional CDL delivery driving experience
  • Current DOT physical certification
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
  • Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Team player who’s hands-on and ready to help wherever needed
