About the Role
Weʼre looking for a passionate Flutter developer with a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for UI/UX. You'll lead the visual and interaction layer of our mobile app, working alongside a backend-focused Flutter engineer. Your role is to bring beautiful, intuitive user experiences to life.
Responsibilities
● Own and develop the frontend experience of our Flutter mobile app
● Translate designs and UX flows into clean, scalable Flutter widgets
● Optimize performance, responsiveness, and consistency across iOS and Android
● Collaborate with backend mobile engineer to integrate BLE and other services
● Help maintain a clean codebase with consistent architecture and best practices
● Contribute to design reviews and product brainstorming
● Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms like Garmin, TrainingPeaks, Wahoo, etc. to support workout syncing and authentication flows
Requirements
● 3+ years of Flutter development experience, with a strong portfolio of mobile UI
● Deep understanding of layout systems, state management, and widget performance
● Ability to design and implement pixel-perfect, interactive experiences
● Experience optimizing for both Android and iOS platforms
● Strong grasp of separation of concerns and clean architecture principles
● Familiarity with localization, accessibility, and animations in Flutter
Bonus
● Experience working on apps with Bluetooth Low Energy integrations
● Comfortable with Figma or collaborating with design teams
● Familiar with platform-specific behavior handling (e.g., permission flows, navigation quirks)
