About the Role
Weʼre looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Lead Developer to own and
evolve our web platform — from backend APIs and infrastructure to frontend UI.
Youʼll work closely with product and leadership to plan, build, and scale reliable,
user-friendly systems, and propose when and where additional engineering
resources are needed.
This is a hands-on leadership role with technical ownership across the stack.
Responsibilities
● Own the entire backend and frontend codebase (Python, Django, React,
Next.js)
● Design and implement scalable backend APIs and frontend features
● Lead architectural decisions and manage DevOps (CI/CD, AWS, security,
scaling)
● Maintain system health and observability (CloudWatch, monitoring, logging)
● Guide and mentor future developers; define best practices
● Work closely with product to prioritize and plan new features
● Manage code review cycles and enforce quality standards
● Lead integration efforts with third-party platforms such as TrainingPeaks,
Garmin, Wahoo, etc. (OAuth, webhook handling, data sync)
Requirements
● 5+ years full-stack experience with modern backend (Django, REST) and
frontend frameworks (React, Next.js)
● Strong experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, Load Balancing,
VPC, IAM, etc.)
● Experience with DevOps tools like GitHub Actions, CodeDeploy, and CI/CD
pipelines
● Proven ability to lead projects and make architecture decisions
● Comfortable with database management and performance optimization
● Deep understanding of Git-based workflows, code reviews, and team
collaboration

● Experience in wearables, healthtech, or signal processing
● Familiarity with data tools (Pandas, NumPy, Plotly, etc.)
