About the Role

Tebra is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team to support our growing company. This role will balance tactical execution with strategic guidance, serving as an employee champion and change agent. As a senior member of the People team, you will act as a key resource for internal partners across the business. You will execute activities and drive initiatives related to the entire employee life cycle including performance management, employee relations, compliance, talent development and organizational effectiveness. The HR Business Partner provides direct support and counsel to employees and managers via coaching, relationship management, and conflict resolution.  

Your Area of Focus

  • Partner with department leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative, consultative working relationships across the business.
  • Expand the People team’s presence, be visible to employees and managers across the business; answer general employee and manager questions on a day-to-day basis.
  • Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and workforce planning; lead investigations when necessary.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation and Employee Experience functions to implement HR programs effectively.
  • Assist with the execution of employee and manager training and professional development programs.
  • Deliver exceptional communication, keeping People team and leadership across the business informed of the state of morale, employee issues, performance, etc. to drive engagement and retention.
  • Stay up to date on employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Manage employee visa and immigration needs.
  • Contribute to culture-building activities and help foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace; model and reinforce our cultural values.

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner capacity.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and workforce planning.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Consultative approach and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to present to large groups of people and command a room regardless of the content you are presenting.

In compliance with California's pay transparency laws, the compensation range for this position will be provided and may include an hourly rate, annual salary, or On-Target Earnings (OTE), depending on the nature of the role. The specific compensation structure and detailed range will be discussed with qualified candidates during the initial talent screen.

Remote Pay Range

$125,000 - $143,000 USD
