- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of onboarding, including scheduling, facilitator assignments, and ensuring all materials are up to date.
- Partner with sales managers to integrate role-specific coaching and ongoing development into the onboarding journey.
- Develop and maintain self-led learning paths in our LMS/content platform to reinforce core skills and knowledge.
- Track onboarding outcomes, including ramp time, performance milestones, and content engagement.
- Partner with subject matter experts to refresh and align onboarding content with current sales plays, products, and messaging.
- Maintain a structured content governance process to ensure all resources are current, searchable, and aligned with business priorities.
- Gather feedback from new hires, managers, and stakeholders to continuously improve the program.
- Report onboarding effectiveness and AI-driven innovation opportunities to leadership on a regular cadence.
Your Professional Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding coordination, or program management in a SaaS or GTM environment.
- Proven experience designing or revamping onboarding programs, ideally with a mix of live and self-paced learning.
- Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools, content management frameworks.
- Comfort exploring and leveraging AI tools for content creation, process automation, and personalized learning.
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze program data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Bonus: Background in sales or experience in healthcare environments.
