About the Role
A Manager of Sales to drive a team of high performing Account Executives to meet revenue targets and exceed customer expectations. If you enjoy a high-visibility role with the flexibility to creatively manage your Account Executives to meet or beat quota (while also developing them professionally), this is the job for you! Your Area of Focus
- Manage, lead, mentor and coach a team of Account Executives.
- Act as a leader and empower the team to exceed quota every month by mastering our value proposition and sales process.
- Play a key role in increasing sales and giving our prospective customers an outstanding experience.
- Help your team with deal strategies and assist with demos and calls when needed.
- Develop reps professionally while grooming the next generation of Tebra’s sales leaders.
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure growth of Tebra product and increase customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated customer issues using your compassion and empathy for the customer’s situation.
- Recruit, hire, and manage your Account Executives to be successful and driven salespeople.
- Consistently improve your team’s KPI’s (speed to lead, conversion rate, win rate, etc.)
- Utilize sales enablement tools to drive conversion and team success – i.e. OutReach and Salesforce.
Your Professional Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years experience in sales, and experience coaching or leading a team of account executives.
- Ability to manage a sales team and coach them to surpass sales goals.
- Mastery of the sales funnel from cold call through building customer advocates.
- Superior consultative sales experience and experience managing a complex sales process with multiple gatekeepers.
- Experience developing and coaching account executives and a track record for helping them exceed quota.
- Command of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (Salesforce).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Success building strong and healthy sales teams with a focus on cultivating and maintaining a positive sales culture.

Your specific compensation is thoughtfully determined by your experience, qualifications, the specific requirements of the role, and your Geo Zone. Our geo-zone system ensures your pay is competitive for your location, recognizing varying costs of labor across regions.

Beyond base compensation, Tebra offers eligible employees the opportunity for variable pay and a robust benefits package, reflecting our commitment to your overall well-being. In compliance with California pay transparency laws, the specific compensation range applicable to your Geo Zone will be shared during your initial talent screen.
