About the Role
You will be the primary financial architect supporting our revenue engine. This role is a critical intersection between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, focused entirely on driving our long term 3-statement model, optimizing and ensuring our growth is profitable (the Rule of 40). You will own the unit economics that govern every investment decision.
Your Area of Focus
- Strategic Financial Architecture (3-Statement Model): Own and refine the 3-Year 3-Statement Integrated Model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), ensuring all GTM and investment strategies are translated into consistent forecasts.
- GTM Unit Economics & ROI Modeling: Act as the embedded financial expert for Sales and Marketing leadership, translating investment analysis directly into actionable ROI targets; own the core LTV/CAC model, driving deep-dive analysis on Blended CAC, Payback Periods, and LTV:CAC Ratios.
- Revenue Quality & Expansion Strategy: Partner with Product and Customer Success leadership to translate retention data (NDR, cohort performance) into clear margin and revenue expansion strategies.
- Executive Insight & Reporting: Prepare high-impact, data-rich presentations for the Board and executive team, providing clear financial projections and strategic insights.
Your Professional Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of progressive experience in a demanding financial role (Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting), with significant exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS business models.
- Modeling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in advanced financial modeling, including 3-Statement integration and cohort-based LTV/CAC analysis.
- Systems Proficiency: Strong experience leveraging modern FP&A platforms (e.g., Adaptive) and expert command of data extraction from CRM (Salesforce) for financial analysis.
- Data Visualization: Proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable visuals using BI tools (Tableau) to drive executive decision-making.

Your specific compensation is thoughtfully determined by your experience, qualifications, the specific requirements of the role, and your Geo Zone.
