About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer III to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Java, React, and Spring Boot. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining performant applications and systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Your Area of Focus

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and React technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver robust software solutions that meet business objectives.
• Participate in architectural design discussions and provide recommendations for improving system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, and incorporate these insights into our development processes.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Professional Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and React.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Spring Framework) and relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) is a plus.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends and advancements.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Codex CLI) to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
