About the Job

As a Senior Full Stack Developer for Gemini, you will be responsible for engineering high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly software across all Gemini products. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineers, architects, and business leaders to design and deliver scalable software solutions that drive value for our customers.

In addition to traditional software development responsibilities, this role will play a key part in Gemini's AI and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and modern development tools to improve products, streamline workflows, and accelerate innovation.

What You Will Do

• Craft functionally flawless code based on business requirements and use cases.
  • Deliver expert-level SQL, C#, JavaScript (React, React Native), HTML, and CSS solutions.
  • Build and deliver software across our IoT, Web, Mobile, and Cloud platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs, integrations, and scalable backend services.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, UI/UX developers, architects, and stakeholders to build the future of the Gemini platform.
  • Identify opportunities to automate business processes, operational workflows, and software delivery pipelines.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and customer experience.
  • Integrate modern AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants, workflow automation platforms, and intelligent business applications where appropriate.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that create competitive advantages for Gemini and its customers.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, code reviews, and mentoring of junior developers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards, security practices, and engineering processes.

Basic Qualifications (Must Have)

• Professional experience developing, testing, and deploying complex software applications.
  • Advanced backend development experience with C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, REST APIs, OData, and Azure cloud technologies.
  • Advanced frontend development experience with JavaScript, React / Redux, React Native, HTML & CSS.
  • Experience developing mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of modern software architecture and API-driven development.
  • Experience integrating third-party services and enterprise applications.
  • Ability to mentor colleagues and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desired)

• Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications and services.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or similar technologies.
  • Experience developing AI copilots, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, or intelligent workflow automation systems.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, UiPath, or similar tools.
  • Python experience for AI development, automation, data processing, or IoT initiatives.
  • Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Raspberry Pi and IoT development experience.
