The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Tier 2 Desktop Support Analyst to join our team onsite in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless operation for end users. You will work directly with employees in the office to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance their technology experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2 support for Windows laptops and Apple products, including MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Deliver Level 1 A/V support for in-office meeting rooms and events.
  • Assist with printer support, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with end users to provide hands-on support and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist with deploying and maintaining IT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in desktop support.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows laptops and Apple products (MacBook, iPad, iPhone).
  • Knowledge of basic A/V setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in printer setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with end users.
  • Ability to work onsite and provide face-to-face support in an office environment.
  • Ability to document technical procedures and maintain records accurately.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple support requests efficiently.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Windows OS and macOS support experience.
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting).
  • Printer setup and maintenance.
  • Mobile device management (iOS devices).
  • A/V support for meetings and events.
