Program Manager, Digital Products | On-site in Sydney | Contract or Full-Time

Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

About us:

Working at Tech Holding isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to be a part of something bigger. We are a full-service consulting firm that was founded on the premise of delivering predictable outcomes and high-quality solutions to our clients.  Our founders and team members have industry experience and have held senior positions in a wide variety of companies – from emerging startups to large Fortune 50 firms – and we have taken our combined experiences and developed a unique approach that is supported by the principles of deep expertise, integrity, transparency, and dependability.

The Role:

We are seeking a Program Manager, Digital Products based in Sydney to support a high-visibility client engagement in the Sydney CBD area. This person will help drive planning, coordination, communication, and execution across digital product initiatives.
This role requires someone who understands how digital products are built, launched, supported, and improved over time. The ideal candidate can work across product, engineering, design, business, and executive stakeholders to keep priorities clear, teams aligned, and delivery moving forward.
This is not a purely administrative project management role. We need someone who can understand product goals, identify risks and dependencies, manage complex workstreams, and communicate clearly with senior client stakeholders. This person should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving client environment while bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to the program. Experience in real estate technology, proptech, property platforms, or adjacent real estate domains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead program management for digital product initiatives within a client-facing engagement.
  • Partner with product, engineering, design, business, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
  • Build and manage program plans, delivery timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
  • Help translate business and product goals into clear workstreams and execution plans.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across local stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder updates, working sessions, and program reviews.
  • Track progress across multiple workstreams and proactively surface risks, blockers, and decision points.
  • Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and delivery status.
  • Support roadmap planning, release planning, and ongoing delivery governance.
  • Partner with technical leads and architects to ensure program plans reflect technical dependencies and delivery realities.
  • Bring structure and accountability to complex digital product work without slowing teams down.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, Digital Program Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience managing digital product initiatives across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Strong understanding of how digital products are planned, built, launched, and improved.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with senior client or business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable partnering with engineering and architecture teams on technical planning and delivery dependencies.
  • Experience creating program plans, status reports, roadmaps, RAID logs, and executive-level updates.
  • Strong ownership, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in real estate technology, proptech, property management platforms, brokerage platforms, leasing systems, or adjacent real estate domains.
  • Experience managing platform modernization, customer-facing applications, internal tools, portals, or enterprise digital products.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, or similar delivery tools.
  • Prior consulting, professional services, or client delivery experience.
  • Experience coordinating delivery across distributed or global teams.

Location:

  • Sydney, Australia (CBD area)
  • Work on-site in the Sydney CBD area 3 to 4 days per week.

Employment Type:

  • Full-time OR Contract
